Here's a few graphics I made awhile back regarding an Intel vs AMD argument.

As you can see,  the Intel i3 2100 is currently the most price efficient CPU on the market, scoring a whopping 1.72 points per dollar.

Moving on, another graphic I made awhile back is the comparison of some higher end GPU's at extreme resolutions.

I was a bit surprised with the results, thinking that AMD would take the cake in almost all of the tests, considering the extra VRAM. (Though, in hindsight, I'm not sure if the 580's there are the 1.5GB or 3GB versions. I'd assume 3GB.) However, AMD takes second, third, fourth, and fifth. Still very respectable. The list is organized in performance on Crysis Warhead in highest possible graphics.
